Lago Nero

Lago Nero is an enchanting location in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in the province of Pistoia, Tuscany. This area is characterised by breathtaking natural landscapes, beech forests and rich biodiversity. The lake is located at an altitude of about 1400 metres above sea level and is part of the Parco Nazionale dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. It is surrounded by a mountainous environment that offers a variety of trails for excursions and nature walks. The prevailing vegetation consists of beech, fir and alpine plants, making this an ideal place for nature lovers and trekkers.
